PARTNERSHIPS

Now more than ever,

we need nature and

nature needs YOU!

Partner with Wild Bear Nature Center to inspire a lifelong connection to nature and community through creative exploration of the outdoors.

Wild Bear connects children to nature which is more critical now than ever, as research shows children spend on average 7 minutes per day in unstructured outdoor play. Partnerships support Wild Bear’s year-round programs, which have served the community over the last 28 years, as well as our growing organization as we build our permanent home – a new 8,500 sq. ft net zero nature center sitting on 5 acres in Nederland, scheduled to open in the fall of 2024.

FOUNDATION & GOVERNMENT PARTNERS

Wild Bear Nature Center is entirely community-supported. It is through our partners’ trust in our work that it is possible for us to provide the opportunity to connect to nature and the outdoors to over 27,000 community members every year. As Boulder County's only all ages nature center open almost everyday to the general public, foundation support has been critical for Wild Bear’s success over the last 28 years.

The impact of your generosity will be felt. By partnering with the Wild Bear Nature Center, you will:

  • Continue to support the development of the new 8,500 sq foot nature center

  • Aid in the sustainability of essential Wild Bear programs, operations and services that have long-term positive change for children, adults and family.

  • Provide the support necessary to hire the most highly qualified nature education staff and volunteers year-round.

  • Allow Wild Bear Nature Center to continue to provide generous program scholarships to families in need.
