Individuals may cancel their registration at any time, however Wild Bear will retain a 10% administrative fee until 3 weeks prior to the beginning of the program.

Within 3 weeks there will be no refunds for cancellations unless the program is cancelled by Wild Bear, which would result in a full refund.

Please bring a water bottle to all programs! Other suggestions are a snack or a notepad and pen.

If your program is going outside, it’s always safe to have sturdy shoes and socks, an extra layer, sun protection, and anything else that will make you feel comfortable and confident in the outdoors.
