Mosaic Stepping Stone Art Class

Join us at Wild Bear in this introductory class for creatives aged 13 and up!

We will explore the ins and outs of glass-on-concrete mosaics to create a beautiful garden stepping stone.

Over the span of this 4 hour class mosaic artist and teacher, Ippy Farnam, will cover tools used in the mosaic process, design considerations, glass cutting techniques, safety basics and gluing and grouting methods. A demonstration in grouting will happen as well - students will be sent home with grout and supplies to complete at home once the glue has dryed.

Ippy Farnam is a multi media artist currently engrossed in the world of mosaics. She is versed in Glass on Glass technique, public art installations and opaque cement works. Ippy is a retired Elementary Art Teacher that resides in Lyons, CO. Instagram @ippyfarnam
