Wild Earth Weekend

Wild Bear Earth

Saturday, April 22 and Sunday, April 23. Noon-5pm

Held at Wild Bear Nature Center, Nederland, Colorado

FREE

Over the years Wild Earth Day has engaged tens of thousands of people in learning about planet Earth.  The event has taken many forms over the last 16 years beginning with a partnership with the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR).  This special Earth Day event has been held at Central Park Boulder and last year at the University of Colorado Museum of Natural History.

Now, Wild Earth Weekend has evolved to a simple weekend offered at Wild Bear Nature Center in Nederland.  Free to the public, visitors to the nature center will engage in educational booths and activities focused on nature and living lightly on the planet.

RIDE YOUR BIKE, RIDE THE BUS, WALK or CARPOOL!  Visit Wild Bear Nature Center throughout the weekend and enjoy hands-on educational activities with some of your favorite earth organizations!

AND, ENJOY 15% off your WILD BEAR SUMMER CAMP anytime you visit the nature center on April 22 and 23rd!

Would your group like to have a booth in the nature center during Wild Earth Weekend?  It’s free!  Submit this e-registration form today! Email it to info@wildbear.org.

We LOVE to work together to celebrate and educate about this magnificent planet earth!

Wild Bear also offers Sponsorship Opportunities for this event.  This is an amazing opportunity to connect your corporation with one of the most important causes of our time: the stewardship of planet earth.

Thank you from all of us at Wild Bear Nature Center and remember to inspire each other to take care of the earth.  Every Day is Earth Day!

In the interest of this magnificent planet,  Please ride the RTD N bus, carpool, walk or ride your bike to Wild Earth Day!
