Summer 2008 Programs Online Registration

  • Send in completed Registration Form along with full payment. (If full payment is an obstacle, please contact Wild Bear for payment plan information). 
  • Please fax paperwork to: (303) 258-8696
  • When we receive your Summer Registration Form and payment, we will send you program confirmation and a registration packet.
  • In the event a class is full, your child’s name may be added to a waiting list and you will be notified promptly if a space becomes available.
  • All attendees of Summer 2008 programs must fill out 2008 Wild Bear forms at least one week prior to attending.
  • Wild Bear provides a 10% discount on the balance of your second child’s classes.
  • Cancellation Policy: In the event that you should need to cancel a program, fees will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 3 weeks prior to the program. After that fees will be refunded ONLY if your child’s space can be filled. In all cases, a $25.00 administrative fee will be retained.

Wild Bear accepts Boulder and Gilpin County Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) and offers 1/2 price discount to Federally identified Free and Reduced Lunch participants.

Register before April 15 and receive a 5% discount!
