JOBS & VOLUNTEERING
Jobs at Wild Bear
Venue & Events Manager
As we open our doors, this role will lead the creation and execution of mission-aligned venue rental offerings, curate vibrant internal events, and build operational workflows to maximize community utilization of our unique facility assets (including our makerspace and indoor/outdoor gathering areas).
Nature Preschool Director
The Preschool Director is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and daily operation of Wild Bear Nature Center's preschool program. This is not a traditional preschool director role. Our program takes place primarily outdoors across all seasons and is grounded in a deep philosophical commitment to nature-based, child-led learning. The Director will play an integral role in shaping the curriculum, pedagogy, and educational philosophy of our preschool — helping to define what nature-based early childhood education looks like at Wild Bear for years to come.
