Nature Center Planning

We are thrilled to have received unanimous approval from the Boulder County Commissioners, Town of Nederland and Boulder County Parks and Open Space Advisory Board. Wild Bear is now in the final stage of swapping its 5 acres on the north of Mud Lake to a NEW 5 acres south of Mud Lake on the corner of County Road 126 and the Peak to Peak Scenic Byway.   Community members are now engaged in strategic planning and visioning for the permanent nature center on Wild Bear’s new 5 acres at Mud Lake.

See this link to see where the new site is!
